Expectations

When you work with a professional such as myself, you expect certain things. Promptness, honesty, attention to detail and results are just some of those things. I, as a professional Realtor®, have certain things I expect of my clients as well. For buyers, an initial consultation via in person or phone, so I can understand your homebuying situation, a pre-qualification or proof of funds letter (If you need help with financing, we can help, there is no obligation to use our financing, it just qualifies you that you have the ability to purchase a home), a business relationship with me as your buyers' agent, signed along with a Consumer Notice (found at Consumer/Privacy Notes), (A Consumer Notice is REQUIRED by PA Law). Lastly, please book appointments with me AT LEAST 5 days in advance as my schedule fills up quickly and weekends are always a busy time. If you can schedule midweek appointments, that is advised, especially if I am booked through multiple weekends.

For sellers, full participation in marketing and selling your home is encouraged and is necessary. From basic clean up to passing out some of my custom-made flyers and cards for your home, your feedback and suggestions are encouraged and appreciated.

Footnote: Being a Realtor requires many tasks that are often overlooked, such as dealing with mortgage companies and banks, title companies, inspectors, other Realtors, attorneys, setting up showings, negotiating contracts, evaluating statistical data, follow up calls, e-mail, advertising and so much more. About Me

I'm a East Stroudsburg resident in the Estates at Great Bear, and I have visited, before purchasing, ALL of the luxury and other home builders before my wife and I built our dream home here in the Poconos. I have worked with children prior to my career in real estate as a teacher, tutor, coach and umpire. I graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a degree in Elemenatry Education. I have also been a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society in Education. I enjoy golf, food, movies and everything the Poconos offers. I love my career and work diligently and professionally. My last name is Feinman, which means I have to live up to being a "fine man", every day.
