A: The Poconos is a mountainous region that encompasses 4 counties in Pennsylvania: Monroe, Pike, Wayne and Carbon. Each county has its own unique features in both topography, architecture, activities and much more.

A: Unless you have never experienced snow or a winter, then you won't be cold. Yes, on average, the Poconos is cooler than some parts of the country, but mother nature decides the weather. For example, we played golf till late December in 2006!
